worth checking out though your results may vary, gave me 25% more FPS on this testing benchmark AND >10 times shorter max stutters, definitely a noticeable performance improvement in Apex for me as well

control mode for @PlayApex is a good start. random weapon rotations continues to prove how out of touch @Respawn is with people who just want to fight. I have less control over the gun I want to use than in brs somehow... also can't practice some stuff (swaps, cells/bats timing)

@JoshNissan totally agree, cs2 he/smoke interaction was a huge unknown quantity & turned into a sick mechanic that creates high tension moments. an initiator that puts massive holes in/thru multiple smokes would be sick to see in Val, or adding the effect to abilities as a buff(neon stun?)

was hoping this would be fixed by release but... my 99% FPS lows in CS2 are low double-digits (less than 50 fps) and they happen pretty regularly(1-3 seconds apart) making my game very stuttery and p much unplayable, anyone else experience the same thing and find any solutions?

The best tournament performance by an individual in any competitive team game I can think of. The grand finals maps(& most others) were on the same level of soul crushing the enemy as Rapha or Flash. The looks on the other team's face after every round loss told the whole story.

it's crazy to me how ppl think matching their favorite streamers grip and sens will benefit them. in sports no one talks about studying the way Steph Curry holds and releases the ball as tho that will turn them into expert shooters. yet in FPS games its commonplace

returning my 360hz 1440p OLED monitor, going back to 360hz 1080p TN 1440oled for me: less visibility in hectic situations(smaller pixels), worse persistence blur/no strobing, bad black eq, accurate colors not always the best for competitive stuff, hurts my eyes(IPS does too tho)

@Txrje if you're talking apex: just remember you're playing against people with developer-backed soft aim and that your mechanics mean next to nothing if other games: find a stable level of mech checking people/forced execution tests, if it's hard for you it's harder for them mentality
