I was disappointed that when the First Minister visited Cupar on Saturday he didn’t announce funding for the flood victims. His ministers repeatedly promised me they were seriously considering the funding similar to that for those in Angus.

Yesterday on #PoliticsLive I spoke about a 10 week pilot being run of a 12 hour school day. Children begin school at an optional breakfast club, then after the usual school day take part in a range of activities, complete their homework and then have a meal together.

Today I asked the Government why they still haven't implemented the ministerial deed to make ministers legally commit to the Business Appointment Rules. The rules prevent former civil servants and ministers from profiting from their knowledge and contacts within the Government.
