Why would China mind that the US is treating HK like the rest of China?

If the #US has no intention to interfere, why is it so mad and afraid? The national security legislation is just like a security door to better protect the safety and freedom inside. Why would anyone be mad with others for installing a security door at their own home?

@vshih2 @WilsonLeungWS Indeed, especially when #Chinazi wants HK to be like China any way! Now they have it their way!

@vshih2 Because Chinese corporations make billions exporting to US through HK because of special trade status with US.

@vshih2 Presumably the benefits that are offered to HK based companies vs China based such as general trust? China then won’t be able to use it as an alternative. Just ideas. Interesting.

@vshih2 China observed the wealth of HK and tried allowing the profit motive to exist in the mainland. Boom 2nd largest economy in the world houndreds of millions lifted out of extreme poverty. Question is can the communist party have their cake and eat it too? I’m betting no...
