If you told #USC fans we'd start 6-1 most would be happy with it. But 6-0 start and top 10 ranking lured us into dreaming of the CFP. After 4-8 we're way ahead of schedule and as flawed as we are, I doubt we finish worse then 10-2. And what a turnaround that (or 11-1!) would be!

Little update. Mom is out of surgery with no complications. Doc said everything went smoothly and she should make a full recovery. I've been worried all day and your messages were so comforting. I really felt the love the last couple days. Thank you & FIGHT ON! (I know she will!)

Lots of people saying they'd rather go to Rose Bowl than CFP because that won't end well for us. Rose Bowl potentially against Michigan or Ohio State probably isn't going to end so well for us either. But getting to that next CFP level gives #USC a lot more recruiting clout.
