Found a gorgeous 3 bedroom in a prime location. They were asking for $270K for 15 years. My counter was $200K They tried to meet in the middle for $235K I stayed firm at $200K - with a conditional threshold that if yield is above 26% we will share in the upside. Nice 😎🥳🔥

The first time I “moved to Bali” 5 years or so ago now I’d host weekly co-working sessions for free with entrepreneurs who were just getting started. Now… 9 out of 11 of our regular attendees are millionaires. The journey unfolding has been beautiful to witness.
