I asked my dad a few qs pa: - Someone climbed the gate (see photo) and opened it. - My dad was one of the first to rush in cos there were so many people. Nowhere to go. Their faces were being pushed into the gate.

Pedal-assisted electric bicycles were not banned on EDSA and other MMDA roads prior to the issuance of this regulation. But now the MMDA can ban them in practice by simply not building bike lanes. Banning them by neglecting to provide safety
