Win against Portsmouth abbey Super proud of this team, we fought through adversity all season and we overcame it and ended it out with a strong win. Game Stats- 1 TD 167 rushing yards (with a 60 yard run), 3 Tackles, and 2 PBU

‼️‼️Good past two days at the gym getting more work in and improving, First Video 300 LB (45/45,25,10,5) both sides =300Lbs. I Also hitting 290 today, While hitting a 405 box squat for 6 reps. All PR’s by 30 pounds since last week. And finally up on the weight scale by 4 more

Love waking up at 4:30 in the morning, and going to the gym working hard before school. Especially with people that have the same/similar goal as me! Pushing for 190lbs - 200lbs and i’m determined. Currently sitting at 178 lbs at 5’10.

Highlights against New Hampton School, Didn’t come out with the win but our team fought well and hard i showed insane speed on returns and had 11 tackles and 4 on 3rd down to make it fourth. Had very good vision, can’t wait to keep working!
great day lifting today! had a productive workout. repping 225 for 10. up another 2.2 pounds this morning on the weight scale everything is clicking. Can’t wait for spring camps and football to be prepared for the upcoming season this fall! (2 45 each side, bar 45 lbs) 10 reps =

Did some plyometric work today at the gym, felt great improving my core strength, explosiveness and speed. Using the sled, weighted core pulls, box jumps and using the hex bar with resistance bands as well, working hard to be better everyday!

One legged squats at the gym yesterday along with half squats with the box, High reps and intensity improving my explosiveness. Great leg day with many speed and agility workouts worked in. Love the hard work and grind everyday.
