Big shout out to the nice yellow guys at @JumboVismaRoad for taking the first two descents at a reasonable speed and for the rest of the pelo for making sure the 3rd one is also done the same way. There were enough crashes out there as it is and we still have 3 weeks to go

One of my favourite swannies never let the DS put spare helmets in the race follow cars. Even actively would take them out when he saw them there. Why? Because if you're helmet is broken from a crash, you probably shouldn't be riding.

1h10 train to Innsbruck, 20min walk to a bus stop for a no show bus, 10min more in search of a taxi. Got a gentlemen working at a gas station to call me one. Taxi up the hill. Voted luckily without having to wait in line.Traded an interview for a drive back. 20min walk #adventure
