Being a victim in criminal trial is a lot and especially one with so much media attention. I understand why he did it. But it does sucks that she got away with it.

he didn’t refrain from pursuing real justice because of that.. he refrained from doing it because he felt the public humiliation she endured was “enough” of a punishment.. which clearly was not enough.
