The RCMP perhaps need to be updated on the Laws of Canada, before they are allowed to be in the field working. Ahem.

In the NWT, indigenous people make up 50% of the population yet 90% of inmates in prison are indigenous. Extrapolate those numbers across the country, it’s very clear that for indigenous peoples, Canada is a police state!
