Every time i pass Lusaka Trust Hospital and I am hit by a wave of sadness because that’s the hospital where I watched my then boyfriend die. I thought I could save him and I tried everything, hitting his chest as his eyes rolled back, mouth to mouth. Eish Guys Trauma is real. RIP

@igweeboss When getting there they give strict instructions you must follow, like when to stand and kneel in the water, how to move etc, once there it’s the same and when you’re sitting at the edge there’s someone holding your feet because of the current and how slippery it is. Go for it!
