I found a really dope CH room for being productive with ADHD. We work in 25 min blocks then break for 5 and check-in/discuss what was accomplished and what we plan to accomplish in the next block(s). It’s really been helping me a lot!

I rubbed dark brown sugar into my short ribs and let them sit for like an hour. Then I added the marinade (garlic, ginger, sesame oil, soy sauce, oyster sauce, mirin, lime + lemon juice, a lot of cilantro, an onion and honey) 🤤

Working with men is hard. Men do not listen. Men *have* to be right .. then when it turns out they were wrong, no accountability is taken. Very exhausting.
So I had a piece of truffle gouda left and decided to make a Juicy Lucy 🍔 with an andouille bacon + heirloom tomato + onion jam, white cheddar, brioche, etc etc. SO BOMB! I cooked it on my stories. IG: thafoodist 🙂

My wife said she was hungry, so I told her to walk around the farmers market and pick the ingredients she wants for lunch so I can cook them in our restaurant.
She just had a delicious bowl of bucatini pasta with bursted tomato butter sauce. Love that for her! Love that for me!

I used to feel so much shame because I was the black sheep of my family, the “weirdo”, but now I’m proud of it because I am the most successful person alive in my fam, and I’ve lived an amazing life so far! I want for nothing, and they’re all in my face now.
