I had an amazing 7 course dinner at Gun Show ATL. They do global cuisine dim sum style. Each chef came by to explain their dish, it was great! Tomato + cheddar bread w/green tomato flan (play on grilled cheese + tomato soup) Oxtail + basmati rice in grape leaf w/fried feta.
