I snuck into
@SahilBloom
’s hotel gym at 6 AM to ask about his $10,000,000 business model
Here are 3 things I learned while running on a treadmill next to him:
1. 1+1 = 3
Sahil has built multiple 7-figure businesses by collaborating with:
- Hunter Hammonds
- Dan Koe
- Ali Abdaal
- Codie Sanchez
- Sam Parr
His secret? Sahil partners with people who complement, not conflict, with his strengths
That’s how 1+1=3
3. Rent is due daily
Sahil’s key to success? Showing up every day.
1,000,000 Twitter followers = writing ~40 tweets/day for 3 years
His physical shape = 6 AM workouts when his schedule is packed until midnight.
Success is rented - and the rent is due daily.
2. Know your game
Two questions from Sahil to keep yourself in check:
- Do I know the game I'm playing right now?
- Do I want the prize for winning this game?
You can only win a game you know you’re playing.
Imagine making $10,000,000 just from Twitter.
That’s the story of
@SahilBloom
.
How?
By modelling Amazon’s Expense2Profit Technique.
Let me explain…
3-step breakdown of how Sahil turned his Twitter into a business empire:
1. Content Sprinter Mode
2. Amazon's Expense2Profit
Healthy competition is one of the best drivers for success.
-Messi wouldn't be Messi without Ronaldo.
-LeBron wouldn't be LeBron without Jordan.
-Federer wouldn't be Federer without Nadal.
Your ego doesn't like losing.
There is an anxiety epidemic among youth.
But it's treatable. Anxiety is self-inflicted.
Best way to manage anxiety is to keep promises that you have made to yourself.
Learning is easy.
The key is in creating connections to your existing knowledge.
Two questions to ask:
1) What are the fundamentals of the new concepts?
2) How do these fundamentals apply to my existing knowledge?
Focus on creating a lot of creative links in your brain.
We generate insane amounts of data every day.
Most people live on autopilot and never analyze it.
What we eat, where we go, what we think, what we watch etc.
Keeping track of your data will help you become aware of your inner mechanisms.
Our taste is largely defined by society.
We don't like something just because other people don't like it.
Don't follow the crowd. Drink tomato juice.

ONE shortcut to achieve your goals faster - surround yourself with like-minded people.
1st step to finding like-minded people - figuring out what YOUR mind is like.
We all practice labeling.
Few realize the true power of labeling.
- Calling someone by their name - first step to a deep connection.
- Labeling your emotions and thoughts - first step to emotional intelligence and mindfulness.
Understanding anything starts with a label.
Can't do 60 min. workout? Do 30.
Can't do 30? Do 10.
I felt like a potato today. Still spent 20 min in the gym.
You don't have to do it perfectly every time.
Just doing it will keep the momentum.
Momentum will make it easy in the long run.

pls sponsor me.
90% of my problems are solved by daily walks.
If I feel:
-Stuck
-Overwhelmed
-Anxious
-Frustrated
-Drained
A long walk always sets my mind straight and fills my mind up with ideas.
Are your goals authentic?
A lot of people pursue superficial goals that were imposed on them externally.
Ask yourself why you are pursuing your goals.
To be rich? Why? To buy a big house? Why?
Drill down to the root.
If it's not your core value - is it really worth it?
Social media algorithms know you better than you know yourself.
They know the power of collecting data. It enables them to hack into your brain.
If you're not collecting your own data, you have less power over yourself.
I created a mental map of freedom.

Never heard of Blue Aprons but some things I noticed after using HelloFresh:
1. Never-ending promotions
2. Great referral program
3. Harassments by mail if you unsubscribe
4. Green logo > Blue logo for a food company
Brainpower wasted = anxiety.
It's like leaving your car running and burning fuel for no reason.
To achieve inner peace, your "car" should only have two modes:
1) Intentionally driving.
2) Intentionally parked.
4. It's the best tool for reflecting.
I learned a lot about my thought patterns and how my brain works.
Also, I learned how the brain of that one hysterical dog works.
2) Develop critical thinking skills
Critical thinking is analyzing and evaluating information before making a judgment.
Basically, not being scripted to jump to conclusions.
Best way to develop critical thinking = asking more questions.
1) Revaluate your scripts
NPCs operate on scripts.
Scripts = instincts.
We are all NPCs in terms of having survival and reproduction instincts.
Some people have a script to check their phones every morning.
The more bad scripts you have - the more of you is an NPC.
A lot people slowly lose their creativity during their life.
It’s not uncommon for the childhood years to be the most creative years of our life.
Society can push you into a box and a lot of potential is left unrealized.
Most of the time my meditations looked like this:
Me: Breathe in...
Brain: "I want donuts"
Me: Breathe out...
Brain: "Will this dog ever shut up?"
Me: Breathe in...

Here are some ideas:
1) Convert your best-performing posts

2) A day in the life of Assembly

My masculinity centers on responsibility:
Personal:
- I shape my happiness.
- I create my future.
- My mind is under my control.
Social:
- I can positively impact the world.
- It's my duty to care for and protect my family & loved ones
Moderation is everything.
Too much of something - dulled senses.
Not enough of something - irrational cravings.
Ask yourself:
1) Is there something that I don't appreciate enough?
2) Do I have a desire that I am a slave to?
First steps are always the hardest ones.
You have to let the shit out before water starts to flow.
That's why it's important to keep a clear head - it's easy for that initial shit to stain your attitude.
5. Experience
Most companies would rather see 5 years of experience than 5 years of college.
Why? Because you learn more this way.
You learn more about yourself.
You learn more about what people want.
2. Low engagement
I've been in a lecture halls with 300+ people.
~90% of students never talk during any of the lectures.
Best way to teach something - engage.
And colleges struggle to compete with the engagement offered by the online education.
A rat is more motivated by the threat of a cat behind it than by the prospect of cheese ahead.
Same applies to humans.
I am more driven by the fear of being average, than by the prospect of being successful.
Identify your cat and run in the opposite direction.
I’ve tried to listen to instrumental music only for a month.
I failed but I’m happy about it.
While my focus has improved during this period, I realized that I love singing along to my favourite songs.
Lesson: Don’t detox your energy sources.
Best way to practice self-discipline is to bounce back from failures.
Skipped the gym today? Go tomorrow.
Got fast food for dinner? Eat healthy tomorrow.
We all fail sometimes. It's all about getting back on track.
3. Cost
In college, one lecturer can educate 300 people at a time.
In Internet, one person can educate infinite amount of people.
Internet made education a free market.
That's why it's way cheaper.
