I think it's safe to say that Edward enjoyed his journey from Grantham to King's Cross on 19.01.2024 on this @LNER Intercity 225 service, he's been desperate to try Standard Class on one. The only disappointment for Edward was that @_TMsteve wasn't on it too πŸ™‚

Good old Facebook has reminded me we went to Penzance 2 years ago today, we were staying in Paignton & Edward was desperate to catch a GWR HST so we decided to go all the way to Penzance on one 😊 not wearing his cap but wearing his Railcam fleece back then 😁

Huge thanks to the drivers of these @LNER trains at Doncaster today for the horns, always brings a smile to my son's face & his 1st horn (I think) from "Celebrating Scotland" which we've seen many a time including Aberdeen whilst on holiday last year 😊
