Went for a prebooked appt today for a blood test,didn't wear a mask though "requested" to, and 15mins after it was due and I'm still sitting there, I asked where my appt was - told that the nurse doing it refused to as I didn't wear a mask! Since when has this been permissible?

No offence to anyone but what's actually taught in schools these days? My great-aunt (born 1896) knew that the plural of country is countries, NOT countrys for example. Kids in primary school used to know this. I've never seen so much illiteracy as what's displayed on here.
