@pinkishlix
either hella tall or they might be at a hsw! ik when i was bigger my ugw was like 150 lbs and then i went down as i realized how much lower i could possibly go, if that makes sense?!?!
1. shortness of breath
when i was at my hw, i was physically unable to walk for more than 2-3 months without hyperventilating. as i lost weight, it became easier to control my breathing and i'm now able to walk for 1-2 hours without a break!
extra info ;
my high bmi was 41.0, current bmi is 24.8
i'm aware that my bmi isn't that low, i'm planning on losing more in the future!
if you aren't on edtwt, please dont interact and block me for ur own well-being!!
3. confidence
at my hsw i would wear masks to hide my double chin, and large baggy clothes. i would only go outside when it was essential to. i even missed family gatherings because i was so embarrassed of my appearance. as i lost the weight i started to spend more time outside -
9. happiness
although some may think otherwise, weight has a lot to do with your happiness. if you are insecure, and unhappy with your body, your mood reflects that. i have had people tell me that they could see how sad i was trapped in a body i hated. now that i lost weight -

better than being a stinky sweaty mess all the time! if im cold i can just put on another layer of clothes. if im hot, i would simply have to deal with it.
6. sweat & overheating

13. you can fit easier in small spaces
small spaces used to be my biggest fear as a fat person. i would always try to be sat on the edge of desk rows in school, avoid parks, etc. now i like seeing if i can fit in small spaces, and navigate my body through tight areas!
12. people treat you better
before losing weight even my own grandma was embarrassed to be around me. she would make subtle recommendations that i should lose weight. now that i've lost weight each week she sees me she becomes happier seeing me become more skinny.
8. cavities
every time i went to the dentist i would be told i had a cavity. i didn't know then, but i believe the high amounts of sugar i would intake had a toll on my oral health. since losing weight, i haven't had a single cavity brought to my attention
