@atty1chgo @tribelaw I certainly don't think the framers of the 14th intended that 3 or 4 years on a trial would be needed to disqualify an insurrectionist. The Supreme Court is political. We must never forget this. They think the rich and powerful should have more influence than regular folks.

I'm pissed because he didn't care what he had to do to keep it secret. He was going to do it. Illegal or not. He doesn't think he deserves punishment. He got away with it.
