There has been a lot of discourse over the last 48 hours over "SOAPS" being written by "SCABS" and the actors WORKING during the strike. Soaps are currently being written by a UNION AUTHORIZED means called "Financial Core". They give up certain 'rights' but are allowed to work

Lisa. But you're wrong. These writers are taking FiCore status. They are not breaking the rules, they are working within the confines of what the WGA has set up to allow for soaps and shows to continue. The soaps are NOT the same as primetime/streaming.

@10thFloorGH It’s not my opinion, the strike only works if people honor the strike rules. The show doesn’t “have to continue” - writers cannot write during the strike on soaps because it is struck work. So either the producers better learn how to write or they better settle the strike.

I think #GH fans expected a real quick transition from Chris/Dan to a new era of the show and what we’re getting is a bumpy move as they finish up others stories and move characters into the orbits they want them in. I’m not going to judge them too harshly just yet.
