As a dual citizen, I split my time in Taiwan & US. I pay US$30 monthly for health insurance in Taiwan, & $450 for the same in California. I got a wisdom tooth pulled in Taipei last year for $20. For a dental cleaning in San Francisco, I pay $150. The difference is outrageous.
