The only one I have played was Katawa Shoujo. That is the single one I can name and it was really good.

there that's 8 dating sims (questionable)

Literally the only dating sim on that list is TokiMemo.
Flower Shop at the very least seems to be a sim, but not a *dating* sim.

Yet another case of people categorizing all romance VNs as dating sims, even though most just have bog-standard branching and don’t try to simulate dating.
