Section 3 says people can be disqualified from holding office if they “engaged in insurrection or rebellion.”
They don’t have to be charged or convicted of insurrection to be blocked from the ballot.

Then it didn't happen! Congress already addressed it during the impeachment trials! Not guilty!!! Remember? Congress is the only one who can take him off the ballot, and they already said no!
