We contacted local Hs carpenters of ours area and convinced them to teach atleast two Hs boys to teach carpentry. We went to atleast 40 carpenters. We also told them about the current domination of Ms in that field. After that All of them agreed to teach Hs boys.

This year for first time we created a team of 30-35 H womens group and went to door to door with them for Mehndi. Response was awesome and we covered almost 300-350 Hs. Rate was only ₹100 per hand. But almost all gave 120-150 and even more.

Like, for a simple fuse change which costs only ₹3-4, charges are ₹500-600. Similarly in refrigerator if someone's condenser is damaged then they charge ₹3000-4000 but you'll shocked to know that it costs only ₹300-400 to repair.
