I asked my job for a raise by doing what every article told me to do and sent over data about what my role in my location is currently getting paid + the value I provide and my HR team literally responded “go work somewhere else then good luck” lmfaooo

@roxdtvc @knguyenpoetry Oh god I’ve been there, they would say things like “I’ve got your back” then before I knew it I was replaced by another contractor who could charge more since they had direct experience with the client, in other words a bigger cut for the boss lol
