Congrats to Chester High senior Isaiah Freeman, who just finished one of the best seasons ever by a Clipper quarterback. Isaiah passed 1,559 yards and 15 TD's and ran for 616 yards and 10 TD's. A major part in the Clippers historic season.

Kudos to the Pride of Delco and Ridley High School standout in the 1990's Tara Rowlyk Hohenshelt, who in her first year as head coach, guided the State College girls lacrosse team into the PIAA 3A state tournament after beating Erie McDowell in a sub-regional match Tuesday, 16-7.
