I remember receiving a patient noong moonlighting days ko. Hirap huminga dahil lunod sa fluids dahil meron syang ESRD. Di makapagdialysis kasi walang pera. Electrolytes deranged. Naisip ko non, gumagana lang ang pagiging doctor ko pag meron panggamot ang pasyente.

As a senior resident, id have to honest na napaka rami ko pang hindi alam. Pag may tanong ang juniors ko sakin, I try to answer them and give advice on what to do. Pero pag di ko talaga alam, I tell them point blank na di ko talaga alam. And I need to read more about it.

Nakakatuwa pala mag excel file ng finances. Like kita ko yung earnings ko, nattrack down ko yung mga expenses ko and na-mmake sure ko na naaachieve ko yung target savings ko every week. Kita mo agad if need mo mag bawas ng unnecessary gastos bago ka pa ma-negative. Love it.

Yay. Finally got my vaccine. Medyo nagulat ako na malaki pala yung needle. IM injection sya, expected na may pain on injection site, pwedeng magfever and myalgia and body malaise. 2 hours post vaccination. Happy pa naman. Wala pa akong nafefeel :) Wieee

Tapos itatag natin sila na “health care frontliners” para lng mabakunahan? Di naman sa nagdadamot ano po, pero ibigay naman sa mga karapat dapat ang bakuna.

Chika Minute. So diba nagkaron ng lockdown dito sa Manila. Nakalockdown ang Baranggay 669 currently tapos nahagio yung Robinsons Mall. Sooo apparently di ka makakapasok sa mall ng walang negative swab test na mappresent sa mga police na nakapalibot sa area.
