My diet has mostly been 10-12 eggs, 1-2 steaks, 2-4 avocados, and 1-2 gallons of water per day for about 6 months. Minor cheat meals here and there, but all natural with 0 supplements. Either we are being fed lies about animal based diets or vegans don’t know how to exercise.

Humans did not have a fridge/freezer when they were evolving. They fasted. Sometimes for days/weeks. Then they ate a lot when they hunted etc. Eating 3-5 meals a day is a lie that has contributed to most health problems imo.

This American $20 coin is legal tender. As in every single bank has to recognize it as legitimate Gov Issued currency. In 1933 they took the gold out of your money and now this is what that same $20 is worth in the same currency it was issued.
