@PunishDem1776 I met a smoke jumper in Bakersfield at a gas station who was fighting that fire. Who asked if I wanted to see something. He showed me pictures of a downed military drone. Then black SUV's pulled up and he hid his phone in his boot. This was before all this started taking off.

Contracting the muscle with light resistance works better and you don't mess up your joints. Sure you can lift heavy when you need to but train smarter; not harder.

@bennyjohnson I've installed so many security systems in SF. Parts of that town have always been bad. The crazy part is that a lot of the crime comes from people who've lived in that area for generations but have been forced to move into the projects. Not a safe place to be.
