I am incredibly proud of Kelly for making the courageous decision to put her mental health first.

March was the most difficult month of my professional life and I have been struggling with my mental health since the beginning of the year. Being in a leadership role at 2 startups finally caught up with me, and I had to make some difficult decisions.
