Update Son moves in this week. What a busy week it will be but I’m so glad this long process is beginning to come to an end and a new one begins.

For a while now I have been undergoing the adoption process. Officially I can say as of today I have been approved to be a single adopter. I cannot express how much joy this has given me. A dream made reality.

On Friday I do Tea with the Teacher (usually fruit shoot as they don’t like tea 😂) In this we laugh, drink and eat chocolate. The 10-15 minutes is probably one of my highlights for the week as I get to know my kids in an entirely different way. Making fun memories along the way.

This afternoon we looked at the structure of the Earth. We created paper plates to visually show the different layers. Our assessment was different layer custard dessert pots with all the layers done correctly.

My son went to sleep tonight excited that he’s going to school tomorrow and seeing his teacher. I love the relationship he’s established already with his school and his first teacher has created an environment for him to enjoy.
