I scaled 2 ecommerce brands to 2 commas revenue in my early 20’s. Trying my hand for a 3rd time with OFM. In the OF game for 4 years. Creators DM to apply.
In January, I set out to start an OnlyFans agency and make it my 3rd ever 7 figure business.
5 months later and I’m on track for 6 figures this year.
This is way easier than ecom, personal branding or trading.
And requires less money up front (less than $500)
If you work a 9-5, are broke and coming home every night to watch Netflix, you deserve to stay broke.
Every night you should be coming home and selling something, creating something, learning something, etc.
You should be constantly leveling yourself up.
Netflix won’t do that.
Work/life balance is dumb if you’re young. Earn your shit now, enjoy the rest of you life.
If you’re not young, this tweet isn’t for you.
Jeff bezos doesn’t owe you anything other than your order in 2 days.
Don’t be entitled and go earn it.
Install your FB pixel and begin running TikTok ads.
You’re going to get loads of traffic. FB will learn.
When your TikTok ads are working, create custom audiences on FB based on the data it has.
This is the cheapest way I’ve found of getting started with FB ads right now.
My sister just lost her job at Delta as a flight attendant.
You know what’s even scarier?
They didn’t warn her beforehand.
Gonna wire her $5,000 to help her out.
YOUR JOB DOESNT CARE ABOUT YOU.
START THAT BUSINESS.
It’s funny how friends/family don’t care about your business in the beginning...
Until you start making serious money.
...their entire monthly salary in a day.
Then all of a sudden they want to know all about it and how they can do it too.
Be careful with these people
If you’re in your 20’s, you should be taking massive risk.
You have nothing to lose or very little that it wont matter in your 30’s.
You think it does but it doesn’t.
Your 20’s is your chance to earn a badass life.
Quit being afraid to fail and go earn it.

This tweet has the potential to change everything. But I'm not gonna tell you what to do with this info
I told you where to look
Now go chase your own success.
My biggest time waster is YouTube.
Ever since I quit TV, YouTube has slowly become its replacement.
Working on this.
Anybody have the same issue and want to share some pointers that worked for you?
I paid off my dad’s car earlier today.
Almost $6,000 in a single payment. He treated me to some bomb ass lunch at a local restaurant that my agency runs ads for.
Apart from entrepreneurship being extremely fun, it’s even better to use that success and give back.
One of the best TikTok Hashtags you can use for product research is
# Dropshippersexposed
You’ll find tons of videos showcasing how you can get the same products products cheaper from China.
I’ve found that many of these products are great to test 😅
TikTok product research:
Create a fresh TikTok account.
Follow dropshipping brands & accounts that post reviews/unboxings.
Also follow accounts that do eBay hauls, Amazon finds, etc.
Now you’ll get fed TONS of product ideas in the “For you” feed.
Only engage with those vids.
It took me 12 months to make $1.
This was back at the end of 2017.
6 months later I had 2 strong products making me $5,000/m.
3 months after that, I was making close to $15,000/m.
Now, my record is $3,400 in an hour.
You shouldn't give up after just a couple months.
Go to Alibaba and see what’s trending.
A lot of times, what’s trending on Alibaba doesn’t show it’s trending on AliExpress.
So that could be you who can start selling an untapped product before others.
You can also search Dhgate and Yunexpress.
Go to FB...
•Search BFCM related keywords like “Black Friday deal”.
•Sort by 1 year ago (or 2 years or more)
•Find one with a ton of engagement
•Search ir on Google Trends and sort by 5 years
Does Google say it spikes every Black Friday?
If it does, I suggest you sell it.
If you suck at writing copy like me, you can do what I like to do for descriptions...
- Find your product on Amazon
- Click in the listings with the most reviews
- Copy the descriptions into a Google Doc
- Put your own twist to it
No need to reinvent the wheel ladies and gents.
If you’re really broke and can’t pay for a Shopify account...
- Google “Shopify partners”
- Create an account
- Create a development store
It’s free until the first few orders, I think it’s like 50 or something.
That’ll be enough to afford your Shopify plan.
Open TikTok.
Scroll and take note of each viral vid where a product is showcased.
Save it and write down every attribute you can identify.
Length? Headline? Male or female narrator? Was the product shown in use? When? How exactly? Etc.
That’s your starting blueprint to TT ads
I just signed my biggest client ever.
AND IM NOT EVEN IN MY CITY 😂
An extra $16,000 check recurring every month straight into my bank.
Some people don’t think this kind of thing is possible but it really, really, REALLY is.
But they don’t teach it in school...
I got paid from 9-5
Then I invested 40% of that into eCom
I got paid from eCom
Scaled & quit my 9-5
Now I invest eCom money Into:
-Crypto
-Forex
-Real Estate (starting)
-More brands
And more stuff
👆🏼scaling these now
Then I’ll buy a brand new lambo.
Do your market research and find out what income bracket your niche falls under...
The less money they make, angle your product to save them money.
The more money they make, angle your product to save them time.
-Save time for wealthy people
-Save money for broke people
If you run a business, I highly recommend a subscription offer.
Every biz I’ve ever owned, I’ve offered some sort of subscription.
Think of it this way...
If you could get 417 people to pay you $20/m, that’s 6-figures a year.
417 people is NOTHING. Extremely attainable.
TikTok is gonna be the next best thing.
I just know it. It’s only a matter of time.
It’s basically Vine 2.0
Start looking into advertising on there through Influencers and TikTok Ads.
Trust me on this. Don’t wait any longer.
The next Jeff Bezos is sitting in school thinking he’s a failure cause he can’t calculate the slope of a triangle.
I remember my senior year in HS I failed every math test I ever got.
Every last one.
I thought I was the problem
I got out & coincidentally generated millions.
Find an ad that has really good engagement...
-Click to the store
-Use CommerceInspector to make sure they’re making $100k/m+
-Look the product up on Amazon
-Check reviews and see what people are using the product for
-Use that to come up with new angles/audiences
I made a mistake and wiped almost all of last months profits.
I still take L’s all the time.
Fucking frustrating.
Entrepreneurship isn’t as cool as it seems.
See y’all tomorrow.
Best business advice I can give anyone from 16-22 is don’t waste your time.
At the start, you’ll read books, waste time “learning” and getting your “mindset right”.
Waste of time.
I spent an entire year convincing myself I was making progress when I wasn’t.
Just start.
If you’re from Nigeria (or any country PayPal & Stripe don’t like), here are 3 payment gateway options:
-BlueSnap
-EasyPay Direct
-Gateway Funnel Pros
There you go.
Yes, It’s possible in your country.
Every single entrepreneur I know has had major setbacks...
Born into poverty.
Death of a loved one.
Jail.
Divorce.
And worse.
They still made it.
Whatever you’re going through, don’t lose sight of the goal.
Trust me, it’s worth it in the end.
My brother is broke as shit.
And is always asking me for money.
But when I hit him with game, ideas and the mindset of a wealthy person, he shuts me off.
This is why he’s broke.
I took a risk and opened up a baby Yoda store when the craze was at its peak.
No one ever sent me a cease and desist or anything.
I made about $50k.
Woulda made more if I hopped on the trend sooner.
Learn to catch trends. (tho maybe not the way I did it lol)
Here's an ads tip for TikTok.
I've found that a bubbly female UNBOXING something hooks viewers within seconds.
And having her show the product IN USE gets them interested in it.
So create an unboxing vid where ur product is used within 15s by a cute female for an effective ad.
So I heard Logan Paul admitted he’s essentially going broke.
He found success, made his millions, but instead of using his money to invest in assets, he spent it on crap.
Your earned income should go towards assets that make you passive income. Not like Logan.
Don’t be Logan.
Shopify apps you should have that you *probably* don’t:
•Quantity Breaks
•Order Metrics
•SMS Bump
•FB Messenger Marketing
•Zipify
•Better Replay
You don’t NEED any of them to make money, but all of them are worth checking out.
Underrated product research strategy:
-Go to indiegogo or Kickstarter
-Look for products that have been overfunded
-Go on Ali and find something similar
-Make sure your new product solves a problem and isn’t easily available in stores
A good way to find untapped bangers
The best products are the ones that have a recent spike in sales. Here’s how I find them:
-Search your niche on NicheScraper
-Sort by growth rate
-Type in 100+/day in the “recent orders” filter
-Choose the country you want
It’ll show you a ton of products with recent spikes.
TikTok is one of the best platforms for ads in 2021.
Facebook is obv still good but much harder to start IMO.
We’re seeing 2% clicks on cold TikTok traffic (which is pretty solid)
If you’re having trouble getting FB ads going for you, try TikTok asap.
Don’t sleep on it.
When you find an ad that you think could sell well for you...
- Click the 3 dots on the top right of the ad
- Click “why am I seeing this ad”
- If they’re using interests, it’ll tell you exactly what they are
You can start with those interests and get a lookalike going.
Don’t have money to start a brand?
You can do this:
-Pick a passionate niche
-Start an insta
-Use Unsplash to get HD stock photos related to the niche
-Use Canva to write quotes and edit
-Repeat to build an audience
-Find something to sell on ClickBank
-Promote it on your page
I launched a bikini store for the summer trend.
Already made 18 sales and only spent a little over $50 so far today. Gonna scale this.
I don’t sell bikinis though, i sell status, attention and security to insecure girls.
Lesson there
- FREE Shopify for 90 days
- FREE Google Ads
- $1,200 in cash + possibly more later
What BS excuse are you gonna pull now?
If you’ve been waiting for the “starts to align”, this is it captain.
Market research hack:
•Create a new YT account
•Subscribe to channels that only post content that revolves around your niche
•Open up your home feed and click on every video (you’ll only get videos about your niche)
•Do your market research in the comments sections
💰
Keep a close eye on stores constantly testing products.
Especially if they’re generating $50k-$100k/m.
-Use CommerceInspector to check est. revenue and how frequently they test products
-Use Commafeed to spy on each individual product
-Test the products they have success with
If I can do something that’s difficult for you in 30 minutes, it’s because I spent years learning how to do it in 30 minutes. You owe me for the years it took, not the minutes.
One hugely underrated Shopify app is SEO Manager.
If you don't know SEO well, this app will help you a lot.
It'll come up with product titles for you with the right keywords based on who you want to reach.
Great for getting some of them coveted organic sales people talk about.
If you have…
No sales daily: Use AliExpress
1-2 sales daily:
- CJDropshipping
- Zendrop
5-10 sales daily:
- Private sourcing agent (dropshipping agent)
11-20 sales daily:
- Alibaba, or a direct manufacturer
21+ sales daily:
- Direct manufacturer + 3PL company
eCommerce and dropshipping are so simple that even I have a hard time not repeating my advice.
It’s honestly not that hard.
1. Find a product
2. Understand WHO & WHY they’d buy
3. Advertise to them
If you’re in ecom now & not making money, it’s because you’re missing step 2
When people use a Bitly link in their ad...
Use it to see how much the product is worth.
-Add a + to the end of the bitly link
-Take the # of clicks bitly says they got & find 2% of that
-Multiply that number by their price
This is how much revenue that product generated.
Easiest way to make $5-$10k online:
- Find a product that’s already been scaled recently
- Copy their entire page but put it on a funnel (only do this if they’re dropshipping)
- Find their ads on ads library and take Inspiration
- Their store works so a funnel works more
👇🏼
No amount of “learning” will prepare you for the world of business.
No amount of YouTube videos and bookmarked tweets will really help when you’re in the trenches.
You might as well get started now.
It literally only hurts you the longer you procrastinate.
I found a YouTuber who is charging $100/m on Patreon to essentially be your friend...
He gives you his Telegram so you can hit him up ”about whatever”.
There’s 5 people already paying him for it.
That’s $500/m consistently for just replying to lonely dweebs.
Damn.
Twitter has gotten to the point where you’ll find maybe 1 or 2 gems a day.
Everything else is a platitude or mindless garbage.
This is why it’s better to just keep your follows low.
One of my favorite upsells is a warranty upsell.
Like real shit, hardly anyone uses it and it ends up being 100% profit.
If you’re gonna do it, charge what one unit of your product costs you.
That way you can send a replacement to someone without it costing you, if needed.
If you’re looking to get custom packaging/logo on your product...
Try Yakkyofy.
They put your logo on your products and store it in their warehouse.
And they’ll ship them whenever you get sales automatically.
Great tool if you’re trying to get away from Ali.
People ask me this question all the time, so if you haven't started yet, this is for you.
How to start an eCommerce business In 2020.
I'll show you market research, product research, and everything else you need.

How to tell if your product is in demand.
One of my worst mistakes was “scaling” the wrong product.
I literally lost thousands of my own money because no one taught me how to check demand.
So here’s how to do it so you don’t make the same mistake...
/A THREAD 👇🏼
The first 5 hours you’re awake should be dedicated to deep work.
This is when I get my high ROI stuff done.
If you do this, it’ll feel like the day has more than 24 hours.
If you aren’t using DropPoint yet, you’re missing out.
It’s like Ads Library but better.
It let’s you filter through ads based on engagement which is extremely helpful for finding hot products.
Great software.
Hella affordable too.
Dropshipping is an easy way to get into the biz world but not to make a ton of money.
I know very little people who dropship and do more than $1k profit daily.
Don’t go in thinking you’ll get rich.
Go in knowing that it’ll teach you the lessons you need for massive wealth.
Just a friendly reminder from someone who's been down this road...
If you're doing $10k+ in sales/month & using PayPal...
You're putting your entire business at risk.
I wholeheartedly in believe this.
Those fuckers are ruthless.
Get away from them asap.
Dropshipping is still one of the best online business opportunities in 2020...
But it's flawed.
Don't get in the mindset of dropshipping for life.
It's just for cashflow. Once you got money, it's time to be a real business.
UNTAPPED PRODUCT RESEARCH METHOD 🚨
- Open a Google merchant center (Just Google it)
- Once inside, click on “growth“
- Then click on “Best sellers”
These are Google’s list if best selling products.
Take the best one and create a new angle for it.
💸💸
One of the most underrated product research platforms is Etsy.
Most dropshippers have heard of Etsy but almost no one uses it. That could be your advantage.
Search your niche and sort by top customer reviews.
You might be surprised with what you find.
People buy from you most when they feel like they’re taking advantage of you.
That doesn’t mean lower the price.
That means increase the perceived value.
You can do this through stellar copywriting, dope product photos and good branding.
Mansion video on YT:
3.1 million views.
Money/self-improvement/business video:
1.3k views.
Most people are just dreamers.
They never do anything.
That is your competition.
Here’s a more advanced ads tip:
Start with Google ads to find highly qualified customers
Then create these FB lookalikes based off that data:
-Time spent
-Purchases
-ATC
You’re combining the power of Google in finding the most qualified customers and FB is finding more of them
You know the most important thing in eCommerce?
It’s not your store.
It’s not your product.
It’s not even your audience (it’s a close 2nd)
It’s your creatives in my opinion.
After setting everything up, 90% of your time should be put into improving your ad creatives.
Go to
Type in whatever you’re selling.
You now have high quality lifestyle images of what you’re selling.
Royalty-free.
Do it right, and you can make your store have a really branded feel.
When you’re asking an influencer for a shoutout, make sure you ask for a 6hr to 12hr post.
Usually, they’ll assume you want 24hrs so they’ll give you their 24hr rate.
But posts only do well between 6-12 hrs after they were posted...
You’ll get more value asking for 6-12hrs.
I remember the day I retired my dad.
I was still living in his house and I came in one day and told him to quit his job.
The way he lit up was priceless. He hated working for the government.
I hope one day all of you get to do something like that for your parents.
Part of scaling is Google Ads.
Google Ads is better for the long term than FB Ads.
Especially if you're in ecom.
Once you have a good product, solid angle & hungry audience, start running Google Ads along side your FB Ads.
When FB is being a bitch, Google will make up for it.
If you’re looking for new product creatives:
-Take an image of your product from Ali
-Reverse image search Google
-You’ll get a ton of images. Take what you like.
-Click to the DS stores selling your product
-Swipe their videos/images/gifs
-Search their ads on FB
-Swipe that too
If you want to optimize your business, it comes down to these 4 things:
-Average Order Value
-Ad Creatives
-Offer
-Customer Lifetime Value
Here are some apps that help with that:
Reconvert
Klaviyo
SMSBump
Neat A/B Testing
Discounted Upsells
Better Replay
Twitter hack:
Unfollow everyone who doesn’t help you:
- Reach a financial goal
- Reach a business goal
- Reach a fitness goal
Your life will improve within 6 months.
This is why there’s people with thousands of followers who barely follow any people.
IF YOU WANT SALES:
Only hit up Instagram influencers under 90k followers. Their prices are usually right and their audiences aren’t numb to ads.
IF YOU WANT BRAND AWARENESS:
Only hit up PERSONAL influencer accounts with over 100k but under 1M.
How I make video ads 👇🏼
1. Look for your product on YT, Vimeo, FB, Insta, Google, etc and find videos for it.
2. Download them all.
3. I use Sony Vegas Pro to edit, but you can use anything online.
4. Cut clips and edit them together to create a new product video.
eCommerce & dropshipping is like 80% psychology imo.
When you learn human behavior and why people do shit, you’ll make money.
Focus more of your time into studying the brain and human behavior.
Trust me, it pays off.
Go to on your laptop.
• Type in “CTRL + F”
• Type in the search bar that pops up “000”
• Scroll down
It’ll show you a ton of products with 1k+ orders.
This doesn’t necessarily mean they’re winners, do your do diligence.
But it’s good for ideas.
If you need more product photos:
Search on google:
“your product”.myshopify.com
It’ll pull up a ton of stores selling your product.
Click thru to them & download their product photos.
You can also search the biz on FB & Ads Library & download those creatives too.
After testing a product and you see that it’s a winner, do this:
-Order the product on Amazon
-Order 20 samples from Ali for quality
-Take Videos/pics of your amazon product
-Return it, get your $ back
-Use that custom content for ads and product photos
Thank me later.
If you're making <$10k profit/m...
-Find a proven product
-Find a new audience for it
-Find a new angle to sell it
If you're making >$10k profit/m...
-Build communities
-Provide content
-Establish emotional connections with people
-Solve more problems
This is eCommerce.
Something you should do to hit 5 figures online ASAP:
-Find a product you know for a fact is selling/has sold extremely well for others
-Find the country with the highest GDP, aside from the big 5
-Hire a freelancer to build you 1-product store in that native language
Did some research and found out MySpace has 50mil people on it & still bringing in revenue...
🤯
I’m seriously considering testing ads.
I bet you can get CPM’s down pretty low and ad policies are more lax.
Anyways, think outside the box to win in business 💰
Keyword ideas for product research on TikTok:
- Amazon Finds
- eBay Haul
- Amazon Haul
- Walmart Haul
- Dropshipper exposed
- Wish Haul
- Unboxing
Do you have any others?
An underrated ads platform 👇🏼
Reddit.
It’s like if you were advertising in FB groups.
You got people who’re passionate about something, getting together and talking about it. Perfectly qualified audiences.
And Reddit is cheaper than FB.
Don’t sleep on Reddit.
@KingOfDropship
I know bro.
It’s so much easier to blame Jeff Bezos or other rich people Ig than to earn your freedom and make the sacrifices it takes.
Here’s an eCom product price tip:
Whatever you source, sell it for 3x what you pay wholesale for.
If you can’t sell that product at 3x, then the perceived value is too low to be really scalable anyway.
So don’t waste your time.
When you find a product on your FB feed:
-Go to the Ads Library for the page
-Check for how long they’ve been running ads for the same product & how many variations of that ad they have.
The more of both, the more likely the product is a banger.
What’s the point of getting married?
You can get divorced for nothing.
The woman takes half of everything.
The woman takes the kids.
You can get jailed for not paying child support.
Wtf????
My life’s getting too good to let a single person steal it from me.
"How I made $107,000 my first month"
"How you can make passive income with no money"
"How to start dropshipping with $0"
"How I made $30,000 dropshipping from $100"
"$500,000 in 2 months"
You can't say you aren't selling a get rich quick scheme with YT video titles like these
Super underrated conversions tip:
Keep your shit short and sweet.
The more information you give someone, the more objections you trigger in their mind.
So if you want the highest converting stores and ads, keep it simple.
If you’re just starting FB ads and don’t have much money to spend, make your starting budget be whatever dollar amount of profit you make with each sale.
That way, all it takes is two sales to have a profitable adset.
When I first started, this is how I did it.
Here’s an idea...
When a customer buys something from you, send them a text and email the day after.
Offer them 3+ of that product they bought at a MASSIVE discount (like 90%) and link them to a funnel.
Upsell them related products using the funnel.
$$$
