Anw tips kalo masak ampela (i noticed it smells lebih amis daripada ati) so you can eat it without jijik : rebus pake 3-5siung bw putih, 0.5cm jahe(optional), garam 1 sdm. This is the part of food prep buat ampela kalo gue, so make sure dari mentah giniin dulu then store/cook it.
