♡ Why you should do Pilates? ♡ Honestly there’s a number of reasons I would recommend pilates but I’m just gonna name a few. Pilates can change your body shape/size through tonning and improvement on posture. It helps stamina, flexibility, strength and boost metabolism.

It also leads to the appearance of being taller and slimmer. (Which I’ve seen results for all) . So if you’re aiming for that then I really recommend you try it for atleast 30 days and see if anything changes ! It also has improved my mental health I always feel better after it

♡ What are the benefits of each video ♡ (From my understanding) ⁃Low impact workouts target the core muscles such as abdominal muscles, lower back, hips and more. I feel like this helped me achieve a smaller waist aswell as lose some fat.

♡ CONSISTENCY IS KEY ♡ You won’t get any results if ur not consistent. Standard guideline is a min of two times a week for the best results. Do the workout at ur own pace even if that means taking a lot of breaks in between or doing it slower than how the tutorial is.

⁃Cardio increases herat rate which can help burn fat/lead to weight loss. Also it helps increase stamina and muscle strength. Which I promise you on the stamina one it helps so much I use to be so unfit before.

⁃I do a lot of abs workout because strengthening the abdorminal muscles (abs) can give u a flatter stomach and toned muscles. Which I also have seen results for but the progress is a little slower.
