Shonen can be enjoyed by women, josei can be enjoyed by men, bl is not inherently written for or about straight people
If you don't want to call yourself a fujo, fine! You want to critique bl, that's okay too! But maybe don't demonize people who are using a reclaimed term
GBVS doing an amazing job at showing that Faa is not nearly as serious as we thought he was (dislikes summer)(is willing to do silly things in games)(likes being called cute)(prefers to carry around cash)
I usually clear out my friend list when people have been inactive for a while and this person hasn’t logged in for a bit but also
How can I ever unfriend this person
There are ABSOLUTELY things to critique about bl. It's NOT perfect medium, and the tropes it uses and the gendering it uses are worthy of critique-- but that's not what people seem to be bothered by right now
Maybe you shouldn't automatically expect audiences to only be one thing
Seems like a lot of people are combining this info of Japanese society and the (hypothesized) origins of bl and applying in broad strokes, so fujo= fetishizing and bad, discounting the way that bl is a genre in the middle of change, and that not everyone who likes bl is straight
Faves character sorter again in light of recent patches
Bastard (affectionate), bastard (derogatory), bastard (both affectionate and derogatory), bastard (derogatory), and Miss Keqing who does not deserve to be surrounded by these four
Oh I guess that since in this AU, the fallen angel rebellion was a gang rumble where the cops got involved, we can safely say that Sandy is very much in jail
Robomi event really decided to drop the fact that Granblue is actually post apocalyptic fantasy earth, where humanity expanded too much and started taking up the limited pool of life energy relegated to the whole earth, and then alien god Baha had to nuke the planet to start over
This rules so hard. Everyone’s updated and slightly more detailed outfits. Avatar in ominously in the background. Faa’s goddess length robe on his obsidian throne. The red stola wrapped around everyone. Prime.
What we learned is that the creation of the Primals was pre-ordained by Baha (both halves), since the creation and reduction of the Primals allow both sides of the gods to one-up each other, essentially
However, the Primals had to be created in the first place for that to happen
Also here's what JKR has wrote about east asian magic
-Only one school in all of Asia apparently
-It's in Japan
-It's called Mahoutokoro (HAHAHAHA)
-The most prominent thing JKR thought to write about it was that the British introduced Quiddich to it, wow
A small thing: Fics are free, and done on authors' free time. Just because someone hasn't updated in a while doesn't mean it's been dropped forever. Sometimes yes! But real life is priority, and not everyone can churn out product so easily
I'll end up talking about the GB anniversary later but one of my favorite things is realizing that Lu Woh isn't ever suffering project manager who hates his colleagues. He's ever suffering project manager who sees how badly the company is run and says 'we should kill the CEO'
1) Is it better to be called 'cute' than 'cool', Yes
2) Can you communicate in-game by jumping, Yes
3) Is it better to wake up early than stay up late, No
4) Is cashless payment more convenient, No
5) Is it better to release stress in increments rather than all at once, Yes
It sucks that Kazuha lore is locked behind limited time quests but this is not a unique problem to Genshin? Every story based mobage has this issue of ‘important character lore locked behind time limited event’. The issue isn’t that, it’s that Genshin doesn’t do event reruns
Clearing event coop 8000 with Ever (Xiao-Venti-Zhongli-Childe) with Xiao and Childe landing final blows and on the victory screen... the rocks exploded and killed Xiao and Childe at the same time leaving the archons just standing there in shock

Very charming that the eng fandom shortens Scaramouche’s name to ‘Scara’, the former part of his name, where jp fandom shortens his name to ‘マシュ’ (Masshu, from スカラ[マシュ]) the latter part of his name
It's important to learn about the genre in change- especially from a side as integral as the gay men speaking up about it
They're a big voice in the conversation of bl critique and english speaking audiences should seek out and be aware of what they're saying
@lolevercelle
Good for her! I bet she was so pleased with herself when she handed in that application
She gets to playfully rag on him and also be content that Sumeru is peaceful enough because apparently Wanderer is writing multiple scathing essays instead of needing to do kagemusha duties
Thinking about how in terms of self-determination, blindly following orders and not questioning anything will bring you contentment but dissatisfaction (Lucifer, Lucio), and struggling against the unknown will bring you pain but purpose (Faa, Sandy)
Their relationship to bl is equally mixed, and have been part of that internal conversation- and that is a part of the critique and change of the genre still happening
As english speaking audiences that aren't part of this conversation, it's integral to read up on that
10th place: Lucilius (92)
"He's so freaking metal. I'm about to pop just thinking about it!" (M, 30s)
"Everything about him screams 'cool guy' but then we saw his Rising profile and it said 'He hates summer' and I nearly got whiplash from the gap" (F, 30s)
I've come to the conclusion that in fic, there's a weird balance between wanting a ton of recognition for all the work you put in and being happy with the thing that you actually created
Because there's always stuff that will get you recognition, but not what you personally like
I do love how canonically void Faa, having Lucifer’s body, is now taller than Belial, but everyone has collectively decided that nope, he’s still short. Can’t escape being short
That means his life's work/inspirations were never his own, but was pre-ordained by Baha acting through him, not of his free will
If we look at his profile, they put his rebellion as during/after he created the primals so fair to say he realized this midway through and went nuts
Add on because a few ppl brought this up and it's an important point: what of Japanese gay men? Well, their reaction is mixed: some are okay, some aren't, and several people have spoken about why they aren't, and luckily I have seen some of those interviews floating around online
GB: Sandy's true height is listed, with heels he is around as tall as Belial
GB: Void Faa in Lucifer's body with heels is about as tall as Sariel
GB: Sandy has no ass
Fandom: Y'all hear something
I always found it kind of strange that his philosophy in 000 revolved around not chaos/entropy but determining the validity of his free will... and now, I guess we know. He would be obsessed with something he was denied from the very start
👑 "Without my protection, the land of fae would not see the next sunrise."
At long last, Morgan is complete!! This is definitely the most complex outfit I've done so far, but I'm really happy how it turned out! I can at last put the sewing machine away!
I remember reading... somewhere that what defines Faa is a very angry person at the core, but is also constantly plagued with despair, because while he understands a lot from being connected to Lucio, he doesn't understand just as much
"What Makes the Snow White" a collab between me and

It's the holiday season! And whoever said that it would be nice for fictional characters to come to life was straight up lying.
That's Faa, who can qualify as the Astral Speaker- someone who from how it's described, spreads the words and orders of the Omnipotent, of Baha
And since Primals had to be made by /someone/, it seems that task came to Faa, who got most of his inspirations through his dreams
/Baha is torn in half/
Helel: Eh, maybe I'll stay neutral
/A war breaks out/
Helel: Damn, that sucks
/Faa prepares to end it all/
Helel: Maybe I'll brush my hair
/The Otherworld invades/
Helel: Can't talk, super busy
/Sandy and Shalem have existential crises/
Helel: Laundry time

I’m Plumtea on AO3, my current fandom are Granblue and Haikyuu. I love to write stories that focus on the complicated relationships that people have, especially those that focus on trust and expectations.
Also horror.
My works:
@lolevercelle
And here is my Zhongli! I usually have him on burst comp but since we were usually using meteor for emergency healing, he stole Eula’s physical build for the whole round
The kind of cool player that rips off his red T-shirt to show off the black patterns on his pale skin! A minimalist who doesn't carry anything he doesn't need, a pro at traveling half-naked and empty-handed!
So from what I understand:
-Future earth, humanity overpopulation leads to the planet dying
-Baha arrives
-Baha nukes everything, which ends up splitting the planet into the sky realm and the Crimson Horizon
-This resets the planet back to zero, and Baha starts building atop that
Man cares about maintaining order so much that he just went 'You know who's not doing a good job at maintaining order? God. Maybe we don't need him.' Incredible
Really the only people Faa could've possibly connected with were Lucifer and Belial (since it's implied he's not a norm in Astral society)
He only ever saw Lucifer on a pedestal, as his ideal and not as a person, and who knows what's going on with him and Belial
Failed step one
