I feel like you can’t see my scars at all I’m so triggered but I wear short sleeves around the house and it would be suspicious if I stopped.. but I’m so triggered

Hi everyone, I am alive. I went into coma, got tubed, and I had a sound too. I couldn’t understand anything when I woke up up. All of this was very traumatic for me, but I won’t list all what they did, the nurses were nice to me tho and even brushed my hair.
