Brazil has only really been a global player when Lula has been in charge. Like India, Brazil can keep global debate from turning into just West vs. Enemies, and that has to be a Good Thing on the whole.

That's cool. Hope they start w/ lining up the texts of the 3 existing peace proposals and compare that to treaties. Then look at issues from that lens instead of msm and other rhetoric.
