Just going off of this weekend alone I am shocked of the list of unsigned seniors.
Austin Holt
Bailey Verk
Ben Grusing
Simon May
Jodaun Dotson
Quincey Jewett
Seth Fuqua
Jaedon Bowles
Tanner Giles
There are so many great unsigned seniors in Colorado this year.
Congrats to standout guard
@NiqueOtn
as well as
@CUBuffsMBB
The Buffs allowed one of the state’s best players to stay in-state.
I’ll tell you what, that Buffs team will be making some noise for some years.
5-ft-10 PG Tyson Cruickshank of ThunderRidge has several schools looking at him for both basketball and baseball plus he is a key part of one of the state’s best backcourts
Another angle of
@SmokyHillHoops
81-80 game-winning buzzer beater over Rampart.
It was a thriller from start to finish and a game of runs.
@JordanWhitakerr
came up huge as he called his own number for the final shot of the game.
HARRIS HOPS 🔥🔥🔥
Anthony Harris Jr. is the greatest athlete in the state of Colorado 🏀
In his last game ever at Smoky Hill, Harris ended the Buffs playoff win with his greatest dunk ever.

Final:
#RockCanyon
75,

No.1 was just too much tonight and move on to the finals in the Rock Canyon/Mountain Vista Boy’s Basketball Tournament

📝($):
Our player of the game is Brady Renck, who had 18pts and 4rebs in a win over Pueblo East to help his Longmont team advance to the 4A State Championship game.
Aaron Bokol 2019 (CG) was dominate all night on both sides of the floor. The Senior guard came up big in Eagle-crests win over
#3
Smoky Hill with 34 big points including 6 3’s on the night.

@CUBuffsMBB
head coach Tad Boyle came down to check out what his recruit
@NiqueOtn
has.
Think he’ll be satisfied after this play to tie it up at 48-48 with Northfield.
Marcus Santiago was pushed into the spotlight after not playing much at all on the
@meadbball
undefeated team a year ago.
He’s been the X-factor on this team as he has stepped up when it has mattered most. He has 18 points in the game and some dagger 3-pointers to open the gap.
One of the smoothest shooting strokes in the entire state.
Kobe Sanders knocks down his third 3-pointer in the opening half.
@Chap_Hoops
is trailing by three.
Keyshawn Maltbia came to play against arguably the most loaded team at the event. He has nine of the 11 points and is aggressive offensively.
#CentennialGrandstand
Final:
@sterling_tigers
picks up a 74-65 win against the defending 3A champs
@ManualHSTbolts
The star of the game was
@axelhenry_
as he finished with a game-high 28 points.
Brock Shalla added 22 points as well.
Castle View win 67-41 over Gateway. Chase Hettinger finished with 29 points & sat for most of the 4th.
Micheal Poux had six blocks and 12 rebounds. Both were a force all game.
Gateway has a long way to go as they are young and raw but had their moments.

In case anyone forgot, which we doubt you did, these are Colorado's defending champions in each classification:
5A: Rangeview
4A: Lewis-Palmer
3A: Manual
2A: Yuma (back to back)
1A: De Beque
Good luck to all our Colorado basketball teams!

It was a pleasure to cover you the past four seasons. A class act and one of the states best and hardest workers.
Good luck in the future and we at
@PrepHoopsCO
are fans.
Congratulations to our lead writer,
@DuvalierJohnson
@DNVR_Sports
is getting a basketball junkie that knows the game and will be terrific in that role!
Great run by Seniors Simon May, Corbin Gamble, Luke Boeyink, JJ Fisch, Eric Kimmel and Ben Grusing from
@mountainvistahs
Gave their all but fell short in the end.
Successful season nonetheless.

One more thing on this play, as amazing of a play as this was for her to catch and dunk it.
The thing we aren’t talking about is how amazing of a pass this is.
Watched the second half comeback of
@PeppBasketball
led by
@cdot_ross
who finished with 31 points(22 in the 2h) and five assists.
He hit some TOUGH shots late but none that we haven’t seen him constantly work on.
League him.
Our player of the game once again is Quincey Jewett from Rangeview. He led is team to the 5A State Championship with a win over Mountain Vista with 13pts, 22rebs and 3blks performance.
