Some screenshots of the Most Wanted event from Nuka-World On Tour, where I was a level designer. I hope you all enjoyed playing as much as I did making it. Its a real dream come true working along side such great people everyday.

Fallout 76, had a cowboy ghoul before it was cool. 🤠
On a side note, I think it would be awesome to see everyone turn up to the most wanted event in the new west coast outfit.
Very happy too announce I got to have a hand in working on this. I am blessed everyday to work along side some great friends. I hope the community enjoy our hard work over christmas.

Only really use twitter for game dev and talking fallout. I think these pictures count towards that. The gang and I were having some fun at my wedding.
Ended up blocking out the tutorial mission from

Decided to make a new base on 76. After creating it, all I can think of is that scene of Hal from Malcolm in the Middle at Burning Man.

It's fine if people don't enjoy it. What matters most to me is that they give it a try first. I've come across numerous posts on Reddit where people initially avoided 76 due to reviews or videos, only to eventually try it and discover they love it.

demo. The game's mechanics are designed in a way that you just get such satisfying badass moments constantly.
Can't wait to see, montages of players much better than me do some sick John Wick moves.
For the past 8 years, I have had vague memories of playing a game which I could not remember for the life of me. Today I managed to find it. Not sure if anyone else played this back in the day.

Hey Jack,
🧵1 / 3
I dont have the resources to give you but I think I can point you in the direction of where to look. Like most things like this in game dev, we dont really have much resources on this.
But two areas which do this very well and I think could help you are
I dont talk about things like this on here and will probably, never again after this. But this does not sit right with me at all. I have no issues with the army or the people in it, but doing an advert in a kid's game feels so inappropriate and wrong.

@ZeroFoxFK
That's great to hear! I'm very glad you've stuck with it. The talented folks at Bethesda deserve our thanks; there are so many great developers who have worked tirelessly over these five years to shape the game into what it is today. I'm just grateful I can be a small part of it.

This is good Jack, but I would also say a video on portfolio best practices would probably help a lot of people out as well. When reviewing people's portfolios I often see a lot of similar mistakes that can hinder them from making it to the interview process in the first place.
I made an impulse buy in a retro game store today. This game is a massive part of my childhood and the soundtrack is one of the best ever made.

This website is cool as well.
(I hope this actually helps and is not just me stating the obvious) 😄
If you find anything cool, please share. I am trying to get the concept art team at my work to teach me some stuff to help with this myself.
@ShakaInc
Dont forgot about adapting to a changing project as well. I have had to scrap allot of levels that I had worked on for weeks or even months due to the project changing, for narrative reasons or gameplay etc.
This was one of the last buildings standing in the city after the Hiroshima nuclear bomb—a sobering reminder of the destructive power of atomic weapons.
Opposite the building is the Flame of Peace, which will stay lit until all nuclear bombs have been dismantled.

D&D Dungeon maps:
There are tutorials online on how people draw their dungeons etc.
Architects / City Planners:
These industries do allot of layout drawings and have been around long enough that I assume there are a lot of resources there.
Joined a random team to do expeditions with. They Emoted for me to come over and refused to start until I put on a dress (Which they dropped for me).

The most important aspect of building an open world will depend on the type of open world you want to create. But normally it's not one key aspect but many. An amazing sandbox means very little in a boring or empty world if that makes sense and vice versa.
@D11kim
It's a monumental moment for the company, the result of a tremendous amount of hard work from everyone involved. It must be surreal reflecting on where the company started to where we are now with this new building. I, for one, can't wait to finally move into the new building🍾
2.The Way the level feels connected. For example when you sneak by the courtyard at the start then you are directly below it in the cellar and can hear the guard above. Feels good to see an area from a new perspective.
