when i was in my "recovered" era (aka i was 15lbs fatter and still had ed thoughts) i felt so free and happy, my thoughts were clearer, i felt alive. but this is also when i hated my body the most and felt so insecure and constantly compared myself to others.
eating over your intake or lying to yourself about the calories only hurts you. clearly you know that considering your looks, but ig if it's been going on so long the extra kgs don't bother you! :3

mine was drinking a glass of diet cranberry juice every night (became ocd ritual) because cranberry juice is a diuretic which makes you pee and I read something that fat is lost through urine, so if i drank cranberry juice everyday = weight loss (not based in reality at ALL😭)
now that i'm obviously back into my ED, i have more brain fog, more blank staring, bad grades, but i just feel lobotomized. idk how to explain but im so much more docile. maybe it's malnutrition
