I wonder how FNC feel having the enemy team yelling at them after every outplay. I don't think I've seen any other region except Brazil be so open in showing their passion for the game whilst actually playing mid-game. But can't help but love it.

I don't know what happened behind scenes at C9 to lead to this, however even as a rival coach I can't help be disappointed. C9 did a lot in scrims to force our younger players to adapt and learn, and LS's contribution was a clear net positive to the LCS.

Apparently the difference between the LEC champions and the LCS champions is that 100T only want to play the game after they are eliminated whereas clearly MAD only want to play the game when they are 1 game from being eliminated.

Found out this morning that Riot are going to insist on all teams at MSI wearing face masks on stage at the venue in Korea even during games. This is not in the rule book for MSI. Even KR and CN playoffs had players maskless during games (and you have to wear before/after).

The craziest thing about this series today, is that despite how insane JDG looked for the entire year up to right now and how inevitable it looked like they were going to win worlds. G2 2019 is still the closest team in LoL history to getting the Golden Road.

After 3 years in EU, yesterday was my final day at Splyce/MAD Lions. Despite the unfortunate ending at Worlds, some of the memories I made here I will cherish forever. I would like to thank all the staff and players (main and academy) I have worked with over the past 3 years.

I feel a lot of G2 fans on Reddit haven't watched EG play at all this entire year (or maybe just finals), in much same way that many LCS fans underrated EG for an entire split. I heavily recommend their LEC team does the same, it's just an NA team what could possibly go wrong :)

In case broadcast isn't picking it up, the Busan library memes are not really accurate. Crowd here has been pretty awesome every day. Sure they cheer for the home team, but Impact gets a warm reception, SGB just got a standing ovation, and they do cheer hype plays from Caps etc.

Remember that XL are the 9th place team in LEC, and the macro and early game they are showing is at this level. G2 are not even playing badly, they're just getting destroyed with good use of early game priority. LEC is NOT weak in 2021. It's not LPL, but the region is strong.

Despite just doing deconstruct of Loud's early game, that was only one game, and I felt this was a decent showing from LLL. Almost beat G2, and had crushing win vs DFM. Lots of promising signs. Just frustrating because I've seen in CBLOL what this team has potential to achieve.

Just saw this. It's a tragedy someone of Copy's level didn't get a single LCS game before retiring. If you are a top NA prospect and are serious about going pro, just forget NA. Go EU in off season, climb solo queue and try to get a spot on an ERL team.

If you want to understand some issues emerging region teams have with the Worlds format: Imagine your ONE team goes to Worlds play-ins, draws Mad Lions in their group, but plays well and comes second. Your reward is then bo5 vs IG just to play in Worlds Group Stage.
