My 10yr old woke just in time to see me leaving for work. She is accustomed to me WFH now. She jumped up & did something in record time with a bottle of water. I had to really hug her as she said, "I bit the ends as it couldn't fit & I can't find another container." Love her😂🤗

CT scan costs $68,000. I paid $3,400 with health insurance. Tell me again how insurance is a scam? Grateful for it or my savings/investments would be less by that amount today. Insurance is protection of your savings & investments from being depleted. Get it!

Years ago, a young miss wanted to ride with hubby to work daily. I told him that's not wise. A long time spent in traffic (Mount Rosser days) that could lead to closeness. He😂when I said I'd rather give her fare. Yep, u have to see things before they become a problem for u both.

We bought some snacks >2 wks ago at the convenience store at Fesco, Mandella. Last week I saw the cc receipt & it said $326. I knew it was >3k Took it in today & they immediately recognized me. The cashier had to pay it back.They thanked me for coming back & that God bless me.

My hubby really held my face with both hands, looked deeply in my eyes & told me he doesn't deserve me. How he can say that when the last couple of months I've been hospitalized twice & he's been my nurse, chauffeur my everything😭 I don't deserve him. #grateful for his life🙏

Having a baby at 20 yrs old changed by life for the better. I knew someone else was depending on ME. I added a room & bathroom to mama's house & started investing small amounts in stocks then. I always say she caused me to level up. Love my first born 💕

Once the income tax rates go down, the middle class will easily spend on things they want and really create a robust economy. When ppl have money they spend it! Speaking my wish into being. Reduce the income tax rate from 30% & 25% to 15% as a start. Pls make it happen Fada Nigel

They robbed my neighbour of his truck at gunpoint. My whole family is so relieved he wasn't physically harmed. He will get back a truck and so much more. We thank God for sparing his life 🙏

No matter how bad things get, I'll never give up on JA. Saw a lady bawling out with a girl in her hand. Pulled over & asked what's wrong. Asthma. A young man put her in our car. We took the child to KPH & Orville the porter took her straight through to a doc. She's ok now 🙏

My Mama turns #90 . She said she never knew she'd have lived to see this age. Her 1st grandchild baked two cakes from scratch & waited over an hour to get her favourite-KFC. My Goddaughter did a fruit platter. Mama has seen us 'pass the worse' & I'm so grateful to God for her🙏

There is an inherent kindness in my fellow Jamaicans that the few bad eggs will never overcome. My colleague's car shut off y/day morn right at the Mammee Bay roundabout. The fruit vendor told him to watch the stall while he ran to get a mechanic. We have good ppl around us ❤️🇯🇲

I am old enough to know many civil servants who were lucky enough to be in a pensionable post, earn great salary over the years but suffer in retirement. Why?Majority of salary was allowances. Pension calculated on basic salary. Educate the ppl! Don't let the agents of chaos rule

I just witnessed such kindness that it absolutely warms my heart. Mama wasn't feeling well so I took her to my home. Heard a car blowing & when I looked out, it was her taxi coming to check on her. He sat with her for a few minutes before running again. Bless you Dillon🙏

Y'sday as I sat getting my natural hair twisted, a little dark-skinned girl was getting hers done 2. A vendor proceeded to tell her that her hair is bad. I jumped in so quickly. I told her absolutely nothing is wrong with our hair. It nuh bad, nor ugly.We must mash down that lie!

My employer is amazing. Paid maternity leave increased by 2 weeks to 16 weeks & paid paternity leave now increased to 8 weeks! I love this for us. A great place to work!

Last weekend when we visited St. Thomas, we noticed that my 10yr old's cousin had lost her tooth. She said the Tooth Fairy didn't give her any money. My 10yr old lost like 6 teeth since March & 2 payments were late fr the Tooth Fairy. This is her note😂. I just ❤ her kindness🤗

In 2013 after my employer paid for by bachelor's degree, I sought out the head of HR and told him thanks. He said he didn't recall being thanked before. I wasn't surprised as we often take everything for granted and only notice when it's lacking.

Offered my resignation recently in support of someone who was abused & was being forced to apologize. I wasn't having it. Glad good sense prevailed & all saw my point of view. I could never appeal a rape/incest conviction for a rapist unless I truly believed in their innocence.

One thing with my 23yr old, when she gets her hair done she is sending you pics galore 😊 I ❤️it! My hair fell out badly while I was pregnant with her. She was born with a full head of hair & we always joked that she took my hair. She has lots of videos re homemade moisturizers.

My view: any community where a police or soldier is killed should be made to feel very, very uncomfortable. I expect J'cans to be far more sympathetic to the people who put their lives on the line for us;those who represent the state. Far more uproar needed when JCF/JDF is killed

My sister-in-law sent this in the family chat this morn. It instantly calmed me as I was feeling very anxious about my 11yr old who hasn't been well since Sunday. The kindness of persons on Twitter too reminded me to focus on the positives & that it is still a wonderful world 🙏

Coming back from Kingston we decided to drive the old route & #rediscoverJamaica The Pum Pum rock is still there. 11yr old was stoked to see the train track disappearing into the hillside. The ingenuity of the Kent Village ppl to get across the Rio Cobre river 👍 🇯🇲 nice

This gentleman on #AllAngles living in Italy describing behaviors very similar to Jamaicans. He said if you tell them to go left, they go right and said many took the quarantine as a period to go on holidays traveling all over🙄 Indiscipline will be the death of us literally!

Very proud of my 12yr old. Her 12yr old friend just lost his mom suddenly. Two children had the nerve to invite him on a call & told him to go find his mom. She was livid. She told him to add her to the call and cussed them out. Let's teach our mini mes to be caring/empathetic.

At the stoplight. A car broke down. Young man came out; another motorist went to help him to push it out of the traffic. Another man noticed and got out to push too but they had it. Simple things... nice to witness.

Some may laugh but when I was held at knife point & about to be raped yrs ago I remembered a lady calling Mr. Perkins & telling him how she pled the blood of Jesus & the gun pointed right at her face couldn't fire. The other thief tried & same thing I pled the blood & he ran🙏

Two women foiled a robbery at a Western Union, in Ochio Rios this afternoon. One refused to hand over the money at gun point and the other shouted the ‘blood of Jesus’ against the thief. He subsequently removed his mask and ran from the store.
