My view at this stage is that it is a deeply horrid leak. The released report by PRL would have redacted /protected all the names. By giving this leak, Maro Itoje and others have had their business dealings exposed to the world.

World Rugby has announced today a trialing of a lower tackle height. To be trialed at the U20s World Champs starting next week. This is overdue but well done at last for doing it. Tackles above the nipple line will be illegal in the trial. Rugby needs to know if this will work.
