in fairness to solana, this is not a solana hack as widely reported. it's a supply chain attack, solana would be unaffected if they didn't put it in maintenance mode technically, this can happen to any stack, and it's a super scary attack vector we don't think about often

just made my first contribution to @gakonst 's foundry 🧑‍💻 introducing `vm.mockCall` and `vm.expectCall` it allows you to mock any call to any address and to assert that a specific call was made (even internal calls!)

@gakonst A benchmark I did yesterday: Solmate (4682ea2) - dapp test (256 fuzz runs, build skipped): 393.72 secs - forge test (256 fuzz runs, build skipped): 2.8s - Speedup: 140.35x (Full disclosure: I have a 5950x so my PC takes advantage of Foundry being parallel)
