Hey, you’re allowed your opinion, but I wanna put this into perspective I take around a half hour PER QUOTE to do math, find fur for your project, and reach out to you. Last round I did 100 quotes. That’s at least 50 hours. Is it really that bad to ask to be paid for that time?

Personal opinion: Charging people for quotes is a horrible idea that sets a terrible precedent that should not be normalized or supported under any circumstances. You're practically paying a fee for the chance to get chosen for a commission. 🧵

Furries, can we normalize reaching out to artists for help when something breaks instead of bashing the quality of the artwork publicly? Home-made goods WILL fall apart if mishandled, regardless of quality, and most artists will be happy to help fix or replace if you tell them!

Decided to do a quick compare n contrast thread between the new sublimation print n press pvc eyes I made and my old method of printing onto Aida cloth mesh! I recommend both methods, but there’s some things to keep in mind before deciding what’s right for your style~! 1/4
