Introducing Javelin: The Super Builder by NodeKit
With Javelin, cross-rollup transactions can be atomically executed, allowing two different blockchains to communicate within a single block. This unlocks atomic synchronous composability between rollups.
2/ NodeKit will integrate Syscoin’s zkDA to offer rollups integrated into SEQ, the decentralized shared sequencer built by NodeKit, the ability to use Syscoin’s zkDA, their Data Availability layer that is secured by Bitcoin.

2/ Rollups shouldn’t have to wait to get adoption to be decentralized. They should be decentralized from the start. NodeKit enables rollups to decentralize their sequencing to improve uptime and unlock interoperability.
Introducing Ember: The first EVM rollup powered by SEQ
The Ember Devnet showcases the high speed, uptime, and decentralization of rollups that use SEQ.
Ember, our first devnet rollup, was the first example of an OP Stack rollup built on top of SEQ. We are now sunsetting Ember, and are now shifting focus onto building the testnet for SEQ which will support more rollup frameworks.

NodeKit is the synchronous composability layer building a shared sequencer L1 called SEQ that allows rollups to decentralize and unlock greater interoperability. We aim to bring back the atomic synchronous composability of the Ethereum L1 to L2s.
5/ What is a super builder?
A super builder is a block building program that can build blocks across multiple domains. For Javelin, these domains are different rollups. By allowing one builder to build one block across N domains, transactions can be atomically executed, allowing
4/ How does this differ from existing solutions?
Existing solutions have been unable to provide atomic execution across two or more rollups and instead rely on atomic inclusion. Atomic inclusion is a less safe option, as users cannot be certain that both transactions will
