Chest and arms workout went well today and got a really good workout today.
When it’s less people in the gym and I can really do my workout routine that I already planed out the day before, then I get really happy 😃
And this is what my food is afterwards, made lots of boiled red potatoes, then grilled spicy chicken and a salad mix with spinach, kale, red onion and cherry tomatoes.
Added some apple cider vinegar for some cleansing and more flavor.
