2. Meditation
You have to learn to be completely present. I don’t sit in silence to practice this, I play football. Football allows me to be completely present and away from any distractions.
A man walks up to me and tells me I’m so manly and hugs me and then goes onto touch my ass that’s when I knew he’s not straight, mannn! This is so wrong. These instances happen often and are not looked at seriously until it’s two opposite sexes.
