Happy birthday to the greatest Mariner of them all. Better players have worn the jersey but no one loved the fans more or better represented the Sisyphean Task that is trying to carry the Seattle Mariners to greatness. I will treasure his career the rest of my life.

Tragic how his career was wasted and extremely tragic that the 2016/2018 teams that needed pitching, he had fallen off a cliff. He gave his all did a decade, at a top 5 pitcher level, and we gave him nothing

I’d declare myself an all around sports fan, not a born and raised Seattleite, but fortunate enough to live in Seattle during the King’s reign. There’s never been a player for a team I followed that grabbed my attention like Felix. Must watch or listen every start. Loved him.
