Monday will be the 10th anniversary of my @ITV programme ‘The Other Side of Jimmy Savile’ that finally exposed him . When I look back I don’t know how I got though it, the pressure was off the scale ,the most I have ever had with work in the lead up to broadcast and just after.

Police searching for Moors murderers' victim Keith Bennett have said NO identifiable human remains have so far been found, as excavations continue. Very wrong for the author to say he had found a skull & allow media reports to say this and upset Keith’s family .

It was a really bad day for #NicolaBulley family & friends yesterday as a direct result of the terrible police communications strategy . Holding back the high risk status , then dropping it into a press conference & then refusing to explain it & then having to within hours .

A week in hospital with people around you all very ill,mainly with cancer,is a very powerful reminder of just how valuable & short life is. Special thoughts over the next fews days for patients & dedicated domestic/medical staff who are working to care for them.
