Marcus Smart is easily one of my favorite non Warriors. Like, if you really watch him closely, he actually displays fantastic sportsmanship all the time. He helps guys up, doesn’t get butt hurt, jokes around. He just also plays like a psycho. Which is a trait I appreciate.

The thing that makes JP different than a guy like Clarkson, is he sees the entire floor. He’s not squarely focused on scoring. He understands how to make the right play, can make ELITE passes w/ both hands, and he can score at all 3 levels. Also he plays defense.

McClung is 6’2” and was a pretty terrible defender in the preseason. Jerome is 6’5”. McClung per 36 in the G League: 22-6-7 on 43-32-74 Jerome in the NBA: 15-3-6 on 51-41-91 Pretty safe to say the Dubs chose the right guy.
