People are drinking Veuve Clicquot Rich incorrectly.This is a champagne made specifically for mixology & not to be drunk as is. It belongs to the "doux" category,with a dosage of 60 grams of sugar per litter, translated to 15 teaspoons of sugar in a liter. You need to add ice.

According to the liquor act norms and standards, section 4.7, licensed restaurants must give customers free water. Never buy water at restaurants, if they sell you alcohol. If they refuse, you can report them to your provincial Liquor Authority.

Let me tell you about Veuve Clicquot Rich. Rich assemblage is composed of Pinot Noir (45%), Meunier (40%) & Chardonnay (15%). It's a champagne for mixology & especially produced for cocktails, not neat drinking. With a high dosage of 60 g/l, ( 6 table spoon of sugar.)..

Was involved in a horrible car accident in Bronkhorstspruit this evening, coming back from doing deliveries. Our car was hit from behind by a bloody drunk sebono and we hit an eskom pole. Thanks God we had our seat belts on. I couldn't believe I came alive out of the car.
